Rules I'd like to remember

446. Forget the present. Write dad a letter.

423. Don’t ask where someone got their eyeglasses.

408. Don’t let a wishbone grow where a backbone should be.

405. No one wants to watch you practice the guitar.

404. Don’t linger in a doorway. In or out.

402. If you aren’t hungry enough to eat an apple, you aren’t hungry.

368. Just raise your glass. There’s no need to clink with everyone at the table.

325. When excusing yourself from the table, you need not give a reason.

322. Sympathy is a crutch. Never fake a limp.

298. Have a signature look.

269. If you’ve made your point, stop talking.

257. If you offer to help, don’t quit until the job is done.
